Thursday, (December 7, 2006) I turned in my resignation at work!! I quit my job!!

Okay, okay here's the story . . . .

Tuesday night I'm laying on the couch watching Scott play "Splinter Cell" and I get this kryptic phone call from my mom. Someone that we go to church with called her and told her that there was a job opening in her office and wanted to know if I might be interested in the job. After I get off with mom I call this other person and talk to her about it. She asked me for a resume, which would prove to be a challenge since it disappeared when Scott's hard drive crashed. Anyways . . . . I quickly typed up a new resume and emailed it to her. I had an interview at her office on Wednesday and I Thursday morning she called and offered me the job. So I made a decision and told my boss that I got a job offer and I was quiting.

So, the 21st will be my last day and First American, and then the day after we get back from Loveland for Christmas I will go to a new job!! My "offical" title will be Administrative Assistant, but we all know that I'll just be a Secretary. That's okay . . . that means I can go to work, do my job, go home & not have to worry about anything else anymore.
