Today was a major milestone for me . . . . .
5 years ago I started getting shots for my allergies; 2 shots once a week. After about 6 months of that I went to 2 shots every other week. I've been doing that for the last 4 1/2 years. Now today, I've been switched to 2 shots once a month!!! Right on!!!
