I would like to preface this post by saying our Fire Department has to respond to all 911 calls, because the Fire Department runs the Rescue and Ambulance/Paramedic Department.
Okay, so to the story . . . .
Today on my way home from work I had to stop at Main and Townsend because the light was red. However, I had to stop quite a ways back from the car in front of me because the left hand turn lane was starting to spill over into the regular traffic lane. Along comes a motorcycle on the right side of me trying to squeeze into my lane between the front of my truck and the tail of the car infront of him. Of course there wasn't room but he was going to try anyways. Well, I happen to start scooting up because the turn signal switched to green. As I noticed this guy on the motorcycle I took in the fact that he was wearing shorts and a t-shirt. I do have to comend him for he WAS wearing a helmet. However, the idiot was wearing the Montrose Fire/Rescue t-shirt.
So now I would like to end this post by saying . . . .
For someone that see accidents everyday because of stupid drivers was not making very good right choices. Sheeesh!!

One thing this whole family has is the sense to wear proper clothing when riding motorcycles. I may not wear full leathers when I ride on the street, but I at least wear long pants and a jacket. And helmets... ALWAYS!
