Okay, so everybody and I mean EVERYBODY that I've spoken to says "over". So, my next question should not come as a surprise. WHY???? Why then if everybody likes it over does it ever get under? Whenever I replace the toilet paper anywhere I ALWAYS load it over. Are there really people out there that like it under? That's inconceivable!! Yup, inconceivable!!
