I've always been the type of person to allow others their vices, however, when you litter my beautiful Colorado I have to get a little vocal. Today as I was running the errands for the office I was disgusted by what I saw. I was walking up the steps to the "Historic" court house building & on 10 out of 12 steps there were cigarette butts lying on the ground. Why is it that smokers don't think that throwing the butts on the ground is littering. Shoot, there's little recepticals by my office door & STILL people throw their butts on the ground. HELLO?!?!?!? It's like trash, there's tons of trash cans posted all around town yet people in their infinate wisdom thinks it's great to throw their trash on the ground. (sigh)
