Well, we made it home and have jumped right back into the fray. I'm working overtime again and Staci is having to manage the kids.
My back is KILLING me! This morning, I literally couldn't get myself out of bed, Staci had to help me, and then she had to put on my socks for me. I was 5 minutes late for work, roughly the same amount of time that it took me to figure out how to put my shoes on. I went to the chiropractor and he says I have a bulging disc. I have to go back again tomorrow.
In other news... My new games came yesterday! Now, if I can only find time to play them.

Again man, sorry to hear about your back. I understand what terrible stuff back pain is.
Hey, I was seeing a chiropractor monthly for quite a while just to relive some of the constant dull aching and tension.
However, since I've started working out regularly - the pain and discomfort magically disapated.
A guy at work was telling me, that if you work your core muscles - it will help keep the rest of your body in-line feeling fine. (Sorry had to throw the rhyme in there!) He also said, conditioning is more important than strength. Don't try to lift 100 lbs, use 10 or 20 lbs and do multiple sets and you'll feel better and make progress faster.
Dunno dude, try it and see if it helps. Couldn't hurt. (As long as you don't overdo it, or do it wrong)
Hope you get to feeling better man!

I have to second what Steve said...you know how much trouble Tim used to have with his back. I told him forever that he needed to start working out, but he never did believe that it would help. Well...ever since we got in shape with the personal trainer and dropped all those pounds Tim's back has felt great. When it does start to bother him a little because we get lax in our workout routine, a week back in the gym does the trick!
