Click this link and run the program... Image Resizer. It's only about half of a megabyte. After you install it you can just right-click on the pictures and choose "resize picture." Choose the size you want and click ok. Voila! Smaller pictures... smaller file size. And it automatically saves the new size with a different name so you don't lose the big pic. AND you can do more than one at a time. It's the easiest way in the world.
