The Move
After Christmas with the family things got really hectic for me. The 26 I finished packing and worked. Oh what fun. Did the same thing on Wed, but went home and started to shovel all of the snow from the last storm so that we could get the U-Haul trailer out front Friday. I got about 20 feet shoveled and was getting quite tired when a truck pulled up and told me "Maam we are probably going to get to that tomorrow". Well I told him that probably would not cut it and next thing I know they come and plow in front of my house. It was such a blessing. Then Thurs. it started to snow again, and man did I start to panic. We were still able to get all of our stuff out of the house and into the U-Haul Friday and then Ted had to leave.....the problem was that the guy who bought the 240 gal tank from Deva couldn't pick it up until Saturday. So Friday night I slept at the house on the floor. It was quite an adventure. Mom and Dad couldn't get out of the house to come and get me due to the snow. Well after the guy got the tank I finished cleaning the house and went and had lunch with a friend of mine from the mall. Then mom came and got me and we went to buy my bus ticket to Rock Springs. Deva will be picking me up there. Deva had wanted me to try to make the 1 o'clock bus on Sat. but it turns out that it did not run. It is on for today. But has not run since the 29th so we will see if there is room for me to get on today. That is about all that is going on with my move. We will let all know when I get there. Though we won't have internet access at our house until the 4th.
