Just to let everyone know I lost my phone Thursday. So I won't have one for a few days at least. Also I will be needing to get numbers, such as cell and house from people. So e-mail them to me at yahoo. Love you all.

Just to let everyone know I lost my phone Thursday. So I won't have one for a few days at least. Also I will be needing to get numbers, such as cell and house from people. So e-mail them to me at yahoo. Love you all.
I get three days in a row off thanks to the Holiday, and I get paid for them. It is nice. So in the morning Deva and I are going to go and get my new phone and then sometime tommorrow we are going to drive up to the Snowy Range to do some hiking and camping. Then on Wednesday night we are going to a game night with some friends. It should be a fun few days off.
We went camping on my three days off. It was a lot of fun. On Monday I went to the T-Mobile store and ordered my new phone. It should be here sometime next week, so if you need to talk to me between now and then, leave a message at my number and I will call you back. Be sure to leave your number in the message as I don't know everyone's phone numbers. After going to the T-Mobile store we came home and loaded up the camping gear and headed up to the Snowy Range to camp. We got up there and set up by 5, made dinner and then decided that we would drive into Saratoga around dusk to soak in the hot springs. This is where our day gets intresting. Like people with no experience at all we set up camp in an area we did not really know and then left it without marking it. To make a long story short, we lost our tent. So the first night we ended up sleeping in the car. It is a good thing that even though Deva had asked me to put the blankets in the tent that I did not, or it could have been very cold.found the tent. Less than a tenth of a mile away. In the wee hours of the morning we Tuesday we went on a hike, the Medicine Bow Peak trial. Deva did the whole thing, it took him about 4 hours, I just did an hour, but it was still nice. We went and soaked in the hot springs again and then went back to camp. Where I made some chili over the camp fire. Deva said it eas pretty good and that Herb would be proud of me. After dinner we kept the fire going and read by the fire for a few hours. Then off to the tent to bed. Up Wednesday by 8 and camp torn down by 10. Then back home by about noon. Stopped off to see Grandma and drop off the sleeping bags. It was really nice to get out of town for a couple of days. We had a game night with a few friends at 7 that lasted to about 11 and then home to bed. That about sums it up. Sorry this was such a long post.
We are going to be getting a new neighbor in a few days. The rental company is putting a huricane victim from New Orleans in the basement for 6 weeks. While I'm not to happy with the idea of someone moving in downstairs again, I do think that it is a cool thing that it will be a refuge who has no where else to go.
I got my new phone yesterday. It is so nice to have a link to the outer world again. Even though I don't use it much. Deva also made me a wonderful dessert last night. I have to go to eat some more of it now in fact.
Two words Wal-Mart Inventory. It is turning out to be my worst nightmare faster than I can type it. The good news is it is over October 6th. So until then hope everyone else is having a good time.
