On The Road

I was just looking and it has been over a month since I last blogged. I guess it has something to do with the fact that I don't have a computer anymore, Sue has it! Her's isn't back from the shop yet so I rarely see mine, but in her defense she does offer it to me from time to time.

So much has happened it's hard to know where to start. Maybe a good place would be Sue's blog page. Had a great Christmas here at home with just Sue. Jamie put on a wonderful meal Christmas day for the family. Been busy with work, can't miss those trips to L.A. every week!

A lady that used to work with Scott wanted another child's rocking chair. Made her one a couple of years ago. She wanted one with a butterfly on the back instead of hearts. Scott found me a real nice silhouette of a butterfly and it turned out pretty good. If I could have felt my hands while building it , it would have been better. Took 6 hrs. to do a 1 hr job! Kept trying to thaw my hands out but it was hopeless.

New Year's eve we had brithday lunch here. Tim & Mary were up. They left for a party and everyone else left at 6 or so and I went to work on a hall organizer for Sue. We have been talking about it since we bought this house and 4 hrs later it was done and loaded. Not too shabby if you ask me. We still need to enclose it with some bi-fold doors but that will have to wait. I need to build the last cupboard doors tomorrow and get them done.

Got hung out in L.A. for an extra day. Holidays ALWAYS srcew us up. Ended up in Oakland, Manteca, Stockton and Lodi. All canned goods, mostly fruit. Came back northern route but it was clear.

Well it's time to feed horses and try and guess who got volunteered?
