Rock Bottom
My blood sugar just hit rock bottom so had to get up so might as well catch everyone up on goings on. What a busy time of year! Thanksgiving is over, had a wonderful time at Tim & Mary's (even tho I slept all afternoon). I have been super tired lately but haven't been staying up all that late. Christmas is over for us and I love the reaction from people when you tell them! Maybe we should start a new trend? But the most encouraging thing of all is having 20 cupboard door built and hung! The cabinet look so much lighter in color, more what we were shooting for for color. A much more warm tone. Today I'll put the cookbook cupboard door up and see what else I can do with parts already cut. My vacation pay hasn't come threw for the week I took off so things are alittle tight this week. Was assured it would be on the next check. The only thing that saved us was they split one weeks pay into 2 weeks so at least we had something coming in.
Sue and I finally figured out what we are going to do with the center of the small upper cupboard doors. It's a surpise and you will just have to wait and see!
Did a round-a-bout trip this week. Came home by way of Casa Grande, AZ where I unloaded and reloaded for Wal-Mart in Loveland. Can't get much closer to home than that!
I promised Sue I would put up the Christmas lights without a fight this year, so I have that to do today too. We're not going all out with a tree and everything because like I said, Christmas is over.
Went to see the Dr. last monday. Doing ok, needed to renew some perscriptions. When insurance kicks in I need to get lab work done but am waiting for them to pay for it. Sue finally talked me into going to see her "bone crusher". It really did help and as long as it does I'll keep going back.
I know that didn't even begin to cover all that has happened but that's all I can think of now. Wouldn't you know it, the only time I can drink orange juice Sue is out of it!!! Oh well...
