Reflections

Hi, Happy Holidays....

I know its been forever since I blogged.

Yesterday I went to the Doctor for my fun yearly women's exam. I had some concerns and I am not going to go into detail. I had an ultrasound and found out that I have 17 cysts on my left ovary. Today I find out that I will be having surgery this Thursday evening to remove them and most likely the ovary. I am very much in shock but I know that things will be ok.

Just alittle update. I did have surgery on Thursday (dec. 18). My left ovary and fallopian tube were removed, along with the 17 cysts. Also on my right ovary they found 1 cyst and removed it. I go back for a follow up on Jan 7.

I'm doing pretty good. I went back to work on Christmas Eve. It pretty much sucked. I just have some pain and am exhausted.

But hanging in there none the less...
