Reflections

Well we skipped the bears. My mom came for a visit and we went to the zoo in Omaha. Its an awesome zoo.

Erik and I went to walmart for a few groceries and he wanted to go look at the movies. Big mistake, BIG!

We bought 6 new movies, Thank goodness 4 of them were only $5 each. Here's the list

Footloose (no explaination needed...)
Top Secret (with Val Kilmer, before Willow)
The Truman Show (one of Jim Carrey's best, I think)
Enemy Mine (oldie but goodie)
Vampires, by John Carpenter (for Erik)
Seven Swords (Kung Fu-ish, for Erik)

I have recently found out the joys of Craig's list. I was looking at another site that my mom told me about for a bike and thought I's go check out CL. I found a bike here in town and bought it... The other site I was looking at is amazing.. Its freecycle. Where stuff is free, all you gotta do is enter your city or even just use your zip code. Anyway here's a pic of my new bike.

Well there is alot to tell ya, but I can't get into all of it.

My Girls have come home. Yep, After living with their dad for 7 years, they are living with us again. We still have to do the thing through the courts and stuff and get get more of their belongings, but they are HERE!

Its super stressful with the ex right now. But I love having them in my home.

No spoilers found here, just my opinion.

Friday night we, as a family went to the book release party at Barnes and Noble. That was a lot of fun, til I had to get up in the morning and go to work. So because of that I didn't even get to start reading until Sunday. I calculated today and it took me about 17 hours to read it.

I just finished the book this morning.... I really enjoyed it. There were of course parts that made me want to cry.

I am sad that its all over now. So if you want to talk about it once you have read it, gimme a call.
