While my girls were here for the summer we had some instances that required clarification. I am bringing it up at this time as a public service to those who may find themselves in the same situation.

He, he, he - that will come in very, VERY useful in years all too soon to come. However - with 'car-seat' laws the way they are today, this coming a lot later in life than when my parents had to enforce these rules.
