Its been fun spending spring break with the girls. Monday I had to work so Erik stayed home to hang out with them. When I came home they had a candlelight dinner ready and we sipped "Sparkling Cider". It was very elegant.
Yesterday, the girls and I went on a shopping spree at the mall. That took most of the day. We were going to go get our pictures taken, but we'll have to do the today or tomorrow. We went to Valentino's for dinner last night with Ty and Wendy and their crew.
I usually work 1-8 on Wednesday's but I'm not going in til 4:30. I'm going to take the girls then Erik will come pick them up when he gets in town.
The week is quickly coming to an end though... I have to take them back to Iowa tomorrow afternoon...

Valentinos is a GREAT place to eat, and eat, and eat! :)
Sounds like you are 'reaping' the benefits of living closer to your kiddos. Kudos to you for making that decision! You all will be much better for it!
