Yesterday was my first day at my new job. There is of course a million things to learn. We were pretty busy, being that it was a Federal Holiday and all. Working in the comission world its all about numbers. I did $300 in services, in one day! At JCP back home I wasn't doing that much in a week lately. I'm so excited... My schedule is different but I think it will be ok. Here it is:
Sunday OFF
Monday 9am-8pm
Tuesday OFF
Wednesday 1pm-8pm
Thursday OFF
Friday 9am-8pm
Saturday 9am-5pm
Yes, that's right, you did see a couple of days were I will be working 11 hours. Don't expect me to blog those days!
In this business there is no such thing as having Saturdays off, that is the busiest day of the week at Salons. The manager is willing to give me every 4th -6th Saturday off so that I can have my girls for the weekend and spend it with them.

One thing about having WEEKDAYS off is you get more done in shorter amount of time becuase you dont have to worry about crowds OR things being closed (like on Sundays). Sounds like its going well so far!
