Goals

I have come to a conclusion in my life... I'm fat and terribly out of shape. So from this day forward I am going to make some changes...

Here's what I need to do:

***Lose 40 pounds***

Here's how I am going to do it:

1) Measure and weigh myself and write it down, and put it somewhere I will see it often. (haha, not here!)
2) Exercise (I have a tread mill, I will use it)
3) Eat Better (less fast food) (I almost have all the ice cream out of the house)
4) Not eat so late (see that's were it gets difficult, I get off work at 9pm and Erik waits for me to eat.) (we're gonna hav'ta change that)

Yeah, it seems easy when you look at it like this, but if it were so easy wouldn't I be doing it already?

Yeah - I used to spend all my extra cash going out to eat at fast food stores when I wasn't able to make a lunch and bring it to work. Now at my new office, we have a fridge & I have a loaf of bread, mayo, mustard & some fresh lunch meat so I can make myself a nice little lunch. It's helped out on my weight & my budget!!

I've started writing down everything I eat each day. It totally sucks, but it's amazing how much it deters me from eating something that I'd feel guilty about writing down.
