I just got back from having dinner at Jamie's. She made a wonderful organic meal of eggplant parmesean. She was given fresh eggplants from the Bowen's garden, and she created her own sauce from scratch. It was de-lish! I am happy she's back from her little adventure in Oregon and Utah. I missed her, and now she is going to Oklahoma this week for some training. This time she won't be gone nearly as long.
I gotta get off the computer and get to bed. I hate Friday nights, I never get to do anything fun since I have to get up and get to work early on Saturdays. So goodnight all in blogland. Sweet dreams.
