Wireless Woes

AARRGGHH!! Right now, I am on hold with AT&T Wireless... Erik and I got new cell phones on Friday May 7th. Then on the following Tuesday I turned on my old phone to get a phone number out of the thing, but as soon as I turned it on I recieved a text message on my old phone not the new one. That isn't suposed to happen. And I used the old one to make a call... So ever since then I can't get any text messaging at all... So now I am on hold...

Ok, I just got to talk to someone briefly, then she put me on hold... Then I got cut off... and had to call back and be on hold... FUN!

Just talked to person #2, and am on hold again... This girl told me that I shouldn't be able to use the old phone after the 7th, and I told her I did call out on it and she said, "you shouldn't be able to do that..." "Well NO SHIT!! Why do you think I am calling?"

Aimee:

That sucks. That's why I'm not with AT&T anymore, pay too much and customer service sucks.

That's ok. I switched over from Sprint and had the same problems. We won't be on AT&T Wireless after this year though (you and I that is) since they are becoming part of Cingular.

Then AT&T can have the AT&T Wireless name back. Then guess what AT&T is doing? REINTRODUCING THE NAME. Yep, next year after the AT&T Wireless we know is absorbed into Cingular, the name is going to rise up out of the ashes as a new service from AT&T. Here's the funny part. It is actually going to be a Sprint PCS service that AT&T is re-marketing.

My head hurts.

So... T-mobile used to be Voicestream... and AT&T will be Cingular and then Sprint will become AT&T? Why can't anybody just be themselves!!

Really, it's not just AT&T, they all suck.
