Reflections

This week is going really slow.

Sunday we went to the Rockies game. It was the best baseball game I have been to in along time. There were about 25+ foul balls that went into the crowd, 1 thrown bat that went into the stands and 1 bat that was split in half length wise, and nearly took out the pitcher. It was exciting. The Rockies beat the Cubs. (I think it was 7 to 3?!?!)

Tuesday I got my nose pierced. I have wanted it done for years and actually bought the jewelry for it, some 4 years ago... Erik just shakes his head at me... I really like it, it is a very small stud. I am happy I finially did it...

I really like the car I just got. Its an 87' Chevy Nova. It reminds me of the Honda I used to have. Its a fun little car that just zips around town. I think I will name it Zippy.

This June I am going to participate in the American Cancer Society Relay For Life. I am getting excited about that. My aunt whom I am very close to has survived Breast Cancer twice before she turns 50. She and another aunt are on my team for the relay. I am so proud of her. I am also planning on walking in the big race held in Denver in October.

WOW! Time even flies when your not having fun.

Erik and I celebrated our 3rd wedding anniversary last night. (even though its actually today) We didn't do anything that extravigant. We exchanged gifts, went to Armadillo's for dinner, then went to the drive-in and saw X-Men 2. I got Erik computer game stuff and he has to go get this X-men book, when the store has it. He got me a CD (The Best of Siagon Kick), purfume (CK Escape) and the one thing that has been on every wish list of mine for at least 5 years.... A PETER &@!%$*! FORSBERG JERSEY!!!!! I was so shocked!!! I still can't believe it! He is such a sweetheart!

WOW!! We had a very busy weekend...It was Jamie's (Erik's cousin) Graduation... Friday I was off .. BUT... I went to work and did Jamie's hair, and Susan, Janet (Thorban's Mom), Jodi, Janet and Jessalene... Saturday I worked then had to race to the school for the Tribute to the parents and Class night..We didn't get home til around 11.

Sunday we got up early to get to the school for the graduation ceremony. After the ceremony we all met out in the grassy area on campus to take about a million pictures. (With all the 56 other families) A bunch of us went to 3 Margaritas after that. Then Tim, Mary, Janet, Scott, Staci, Erik and me went bowling. Man I suck! We went back to Herb and Sue and played The Farming game.. We stayed there til 11:30, and drove Janet and Jessalene home.

Today I had to get up and go to work.. I was scheduled to work 10-6 but we were slow and got to draw names to let someone go home early.. I won!!

Since Scott and Staci live on the other side of the mountains Erik and I like to hang out with them as much as possibe when they are here.. We always have a good time and laugh alot when we get together.. We are talking about going over there again this summer for a weekend visit...
