I am back!!! Yeah! It's

I am back!!! Yeah! It's been along time... Loads of stuff have gone on in the past few months. I have made lots of lemonade! (ya know, when life gives you lemons.)

We have moved and are still settling in. There are boxes everywhere and I can't find things. But things are getting back on track!

Whoa!! Erik gave our computer

Whoa!! Erik gave our computer an upgrade last night. I didn't think I would be able to notice the difference because I am one of these "just show me where MY shit is " computer types. DAMN! We are going fast now!

Today I am trying to stay away from Sims Online. I know that if I go there I will be stuck there for hours and I need to get some stuff done here at home.

Saturday on the way to

Saturday on the way to work I saw the coolest thing. I take the interstate and there is an overpass that doesn't have an exit. On top of this overpass there were about 100 people all wearing red shirts and waving American flags. I thought it was an awesome display of support for our troops. It is so sad to me to hear people talk bad about what is going on in OUR world today. I know that the war isn't a bowl of cherries and I am not happy that we are at war but OUR PEOPLE over there are trying to give other people a small chance of the freedoms WE take for granted everyday. As AMERICAN's we have it so good. WE are so lucky to have the things WE have. To say the things WE say. There are OUR PEOPLE over there right now giving up THEIR lives to give someone else a better life. And no matter what... WE should be grateful. And WE should UNITE and support OUR TROOPS and OUR PRESIDENT's decisions...

And we should say a

And we should say a prayer for Peace in OUR world...

Nothing terribly interesting has gone

Nothing terribly interesting has gone on this week, just work and stuff.

Saturday we went to Herb and Sue's for Family Dinner. Also to celebrate Herb's birthday. Tim presented Herb with a most special gift from him, Mary, Scott and Staci. It was a large shadow box filled with some of Herb's memoribilia from being in the Marines. (Most of it was stuff that the boys had played with and lost over the years.) In it he had a new dress blues jacket that he had to buy and then steal... and many patches and metals that Herb had been awarded. Also in it was Herb's journal that he kept and varies documents. It was gorgeous... There were many tears in the room.. Herb was completly stunned. He stood there in silence for a good 3 minutes and just stared at it. He was choked up when he did try to say something. It was smashing...I was very touched.

Today I had to work and after work we had to have our monthly shop meeting, Which turned into a bitch session. I was happy for it to come to an end. When I came home and Erik and I walked the 1/2 mile to Taco Johns and came home to watch a movie...

I have been spending way

I have been spending way too much time playing TSO. I was up until 2 am last night. Then when the dog woke us up a 6 because the wind was rattling the house, I seriously considered getting back to my game... I went back to bed, but that's where I'm going now...

This week started out rather

This week started out rather exciting... I was having car problems last week and my dad and his buddy took a good look at it and determined that I had blown 2 rods in the engine. So now I will be getting a new (very used) car. Other than that the week went well.

Erik rented movies the other night which we never do anymore. He got The Four Feathers which I wasn't all that interested in seeing. Man! Was I wrong, it turned out to be one of the best movies I have seen in along time. It is definatly on my favorites list. I even bought it on DVD tonight.

I have still been playing alot of The Sims Online. (that's why I don't add anything here to much) This week I have limited myself. I have only stayed up to 2:00 once...
