HAPPY BIRTHDAY TYPHANNIE!!! Today is

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TYPHANNIE!!! Today is my daughter's 12th birthday. I can't believe that she is 12 already. Where does the time go? I hope she has a lovely day!

Erik, Russ and my Dad went to the AVS game last night. They had a great time while I didn't, I was working. I really am not happy with my current job situation and I am going to fill an application today to somewhere else. I don't want to go into details so I don't jinx it, but wish me luck!

I guess I have been

I guess I have been feeling alot like Scott on the blogging subject. Its just that nothing has been happening in my life that is really worth putting in writing. I still pretty much hate my job.

We did go see Spiderman on Saturday before I had to go to work. It was an awesome movie that will get into our collection.

Today I went to work

Today I went to work with my Dad. We drove from job site to job site to job site etc... The reason I went down there with him was to pick up a car that my cousin is selling me. So now I have 2 cars. I am going to try to get whatever I can out of the Honda. (Which I will be lucky to get a dime) Anyways, life goes on.

Tonight Mary is coming over, we are going to mess around with her hair and come up with something to do with it for her wedding to Erik's cousin Tim.

Friday, Erik and I got

Friday, Erik and I got cell phones. AT&T was running bargain deals for King Soopers employees. So we figured it would be a good time to get some shared minutes deal. I worked all weekend, it sucked... Csu had their graduation, which lasts ALL FRIGGIN' WEEKEND and if that isn't enough is was Mother's Day. Have you ever gone to the store on Mother's Day? I bet you have because everybody in the world goes to the store then. Have I mentioned lately that I hate my job? Actually its not the job I hate its everything at the job that I hate. I could go on for days so I will just end it here...

Yesterday was our 2nd Anniversary. We went to Denver, had dinner at our favorite place, The Mongolian BBQ. Then we walked to Coors Field and watched the Rockies play the Marlins. We lost 2-6. But Erik and I had a great time anyway. 2years can ya believe it?

Erik's Brother Steve and his

Erik's Brother Steve and his wife Kat and their completly adorable son, Denver are here visiting from Detroit. We were able to visit with them up in Laramie at Erik's Dad's place this weekend. We stayed up til the very wee hours Saturday night playing the Farming Game. We had a blast nearly peeing our pants laughing so hard. Later this week we (Steve, Kat, Michelle, Russ, Greg, Erik and me) are going to Estes Park to stay in a cabin and hang out. I am looking forward to that.

I am still very much a disgruntaled employee. I went to apply for a receptionist position at a car dealership that just went into the paper today and they already filled the position. Major suckage... I seriously need to get out of my job. I am constantly unhappy with some in management. (mostly the same 3) I want to be part of a team, but here there are two teams, the management team and the rest of us. I don't think the two teams are even playing the same game. I am so tired of getting the crappiest schedule. It has been since October that I had a weekend off.(for reals!) And that was because I was on vacation. Now something there is not right!! I shouldn't have to be there 25 years before I can get weekends off. I am not even asking for ALL weekends just 1 a month... That is not too outragous to ask for is it? I know there is a way that they can do the scheduling so that everyone can have 1 weekend off a month and still not interfere with those who have worked there 25+ years and feel they have to be dicks and not work weekends. See why I am so disgruntaled? ( that isn't even the tip of the iceburg!!!)

We had a wonderful long

We had a wonderful long weekend. Wednesday after I got off work at Midnight we drove up tp Estes to stay in a cabin at the Brynwood with Erik's brothers and sister. That was awesome... Thursday we all wandered around town, doing the touristy thing. It started snowing pretty heavily so we decided to go back to the cabin. After dinner Michelle, Kat and I got into the hot tub and enjoyed the snow falling upon us. After a few drinks we shed the suits. Friday we did more touristing, then headed down the mountain. We got Jodi to babysit little Denver and we all went to the big Denver. (To do more touristing) We had a great time. I really am missing them.

Saturday we went to Herb and Sue's for dinner and socializing. And Sunday Erik and I had to get up early so I could get back up tp Estes to get started on Mary's hair and 2 of her bridesmaids hair for the wedding. I allowed plenty of time, which is good since the traffic going up made us a half an hour late.

Tim and Mary's wedding was absolutly gorgeous. Erik and I both cried. I wish them 10 lifetimes of happiness.

I have been trying to get Scott to change some things on my website. So maybe putting this request out in the open will put a bee in his bonnet!

It has been literally ages

It has been literally ages since I made Erik go see a "chic Flick". Seriously, the last chic flick in the theatre we saw was "Titanic". Well Next month opens the "Divine Secrets of the Ya Ya Sisterhood" so I am cashing in my chips and making him take me. I read the book and loved it so I hope the movie doesn't suck.

In other news, still seeking employment elsewhere, filled out applications for Home Depot today. They have a lengthy application process. Hope it pans out.
